PRIMORJE is the area situated in the northwest of Dubrovnik. The tourist offers of the region are in full swing, and the natural beauties guarantee the area a fast development of tourism.

SLANO is one of the best-known settlements of Primorje situated in a picturesque bay more that 2 km long. Next to the settlement are many nice beaches and dense woods.

TRSTENO is 17 km northwest from Dubrovnik and famous for its arboretum, one of the nicest renaissance parks and monuments of ancient horticulture situated in the mansion of the Gučetić family. In its collection the arboretum has many rare herbs from all sides of the world.

ORAŠAC is placed on the way from Trsteno to Dubrovnik, near Zaton.

ZATON is situated in a long bay some 10 km from Dubrovnik. It is divided into two settlements: Veliki and Mali Zaton,. Orašac and Zaton are the two excursion centers.

Going further to the south you will come to Štikovica, Vrbica, Lozica where the summerhouses of the wealthy Croats are.
