ŽUPA DUBROVAČKA and its vivid tourist settlements Kupari, Srebreno, Mlini, Soline i Plat, are situated only 6 km to the southeast of the historical core of Dubrovnik. On the northern side bordered by a chain of hills descending in a sheer slope to the picturesque basin of subtropical flora and numerous villages along the Župa bay, it merged on such a small area many beauties of nature forming one of the most spectacular oases of the Dubrovnik Riviera. The worldwide famous Adriatic Sea confirms its fame in the deep blue of this bay and the many sandy and gravel beaches.

The summers are here dry and warm and the rest of the year is characterized by a mild Mediterranean climate. With 260 sunny days per year this area is one of the sunniest in the Mediterranean. The average summer temperature is 26°C, and the sea temperature 22°C.
